NOTICE In compliance with the provisions of art. 13 of Leg. Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, “Privacy Code” Effetre s.p.a. informs you that: 1. - the data in our possession are exclusively those provided voluntarily by the users of our sites and by clients who have filled out forms to request the services offered, transmitting them by mail, electronic mail and fax. 2. - The data collected are treated exclusively by Effetre s.p.a. for its own institutional purposes, and for ordinary administrative and fiscal activities. 3. – Effetre s.p.a. undertakes not to release the data in its possession to third parties. 4. - Effetre s.p.a. is not in possession of and does not treat sensitive or judicial data. 5. - The person responsible for the treatment of the data collected is the legal representative of Effetre s.p.a.. Pursuant to art. 7 of the privacy code, the principal of the data is entitled to access his personal data and may at any time and without charge request: - confirmation of the existence of personal data involving himself, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form, - indication of the origin of the personal data, the purposes and means of their treatment, - their updating or correction, and their modification or cancellation. The principal of the data is further entitled to object to the treatment of the personal data involving him, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons.
